Ask before travel day

• Leave the thermostat where pipes will not freeze, or as the utility's own winter note says. See water shutoff.
• List autopay drafts that cover power, gas, water, and internet. See automatic payments.
• Name one adult who may speak to the utility. Do not list a campus phone as the account contact.
