Automatic payments during a residential stay
List every draft that will hit while someone is on campus, and which card or account pays it. An expired card is a household failure, not a treatment failure. This page is a checklist. It is not a bank.

Ask before travel day
- List rent or mortgage, utilities, phone, insurance, and any loan with a date during the stay. See mail and bills.
- Replace a card that expires before travel day, or name the adult who can. See cash and keys.
- Do not share account numbers with an admissions desk. See red-flag glossary.
