After the stay
Sober living is not the same as treatment
A recovery residence is housing with house rules. Treatment is a licensed clinical level at a named address. Ask which license, if any, sits at the sleep address, and where the dated outpatient visit happens. A package that bundles a bed with IOP is still two questions. This page is a question list. It is not a housing desk.

Two addresses, two licenses
- Sleep address: who owns the house, house rules, rent. Not automatically ASAM Level 3.
- Clinical address: PHP, IOP, or office care on a state license. See ASAM levels.
- A continuum flyer is not a second license. See continuum contract.
What to write down
House phone that belongs to that house, clinic phone that belongs to that clinic, and the first outpatient date. See step-down and license lookup.
